Alert Montgomery sent out a ‘Severe Traffic Alert’ at 11:45am for a traffic incident that blocks all lanes on Outer Loop I-495 past Exit 30 (Colesville Rd). Per Alert Montgomery, “Expect significant delays. Seek alternate route.”
Update: Several readers have reported that lanes are now open, however as of 4:07pm there has not been any updates sent out by Alert Montgomery.
