Montgomery County’s Department of Alcohol Beverage Services (ABS) is bringing its “upgraded retail concept,” Oak Barrel & Vine, to Westfield Wheaton Mall (11160 Veirs Mill Rd.).
The new store will be located on the mall’s upper level, in the Costco wing.
Earlier this month, a new Oak Barrel & Vine location opened at 5390 Westbard Ave in Bethesda.
According to Montgomery County ABS, the Oak Barrel & Vine stores offer a curated selection of spirits and locally manufactured products, along with features such as an improved selection of small-format items, a dedicated non-alcoholic products section, faster checkout with queue lines, wayfinding signs, and enhanced customer accessibility.
