The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) is investigating an armed carjacking that occurred on Sunday, January 12, in Bethesda.
At approximately 4:52 p.m., officers from the 2nd District responded to the 7000 block of Wisconsin Avenue following reports of a carjacking. According to police, one adult suspect was involved in the incident, and no injuries have been reported.
Safety reporter Cordell Pugh reports that a Chevrolet Camaro was stolen at gunpoint during the carjacking.
