Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a collision involving a pedestrian on Hungerford Drive (Rt 355) in Rockville on Thursday evening.
According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer, EMS is transporting an adult with life-threatening injuries as a Priority 1 trauma case. Some lanes remain blocked.
Montgomery County Police issued the following alert at 7:04pm: “TRAFFIC ADVISORY: A collision involving a pedestrian has southbound Hungerford Drive closed at Frederick Avenue. Drivers should expect delays and seek an alternate route.”
