CVS at 7235 Wisconsin Ave Ste 100 in Bethesda will close permanently by March 19th, a representative confirmed to us today.
CVS opened the location a little more than two years ago in the space that was the longtime home of PNC Bank until 2019. A reason for the closure was not provided, but there are five additional CVS stores with a Bethesda address within a 4.5 mile radius.
In 2024, CVS stated that it is in the process of shuttering “roughly 300” locations across the country. The news of the upcoming CVS closure was first reported by Robert Dyer.
