A Winter Storm Warning is in effect from 1pm Tuesday until 7am Wednesday for portions of central Maryland (including all of Montgomery County), DC, and northern Virginia.
Per the National Weather Service, “Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes.
