Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a fire at a home on Piney Meetinghouse Road in Potomac on Friday morning after an automatic alarm alerted the resident.
According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer, the fire, which started in the garage and spread to the attic, displaced one occupant but caused no injuries.
