The Burtonsville Commerce Center (4000-4060 Blackburn Ln) been purchased by an LLC affiliated with The Premier Companies for $10.1 million, according to a report by Maryland Newsletters.
According to a listing on LoopNet, the Burtonsville Commerce Center was build in 1988 and 1989 and made available for sale in June 2024. “It includes five flex and office buildings that together cover 90,983 square feet on 11.45 acres of land in the Burtonsville/North Silver Spring area of Montgomery County, Maryland. This fully leased property generates reliable income and is an attractive investment for those interested in flex and commercial real estate.”
Per the Maryland Newsletters report, Infantry Ridge LLC, an affiliate of Premier, recently purchased the office park for $10.1 million. The property is fully leased with a diverse range of tenants and has an average lease term of nearly four years.
In contrast, last fall, Premier acquired the Montgomery Executive Center at 6 Montgomery Village Avenue for $8.2 million. This 120,000 square foot office building was only 69% leased, meaning Premier has leasing efforts underway for that property.
