Back in May 2024, we told you that Chef Wang Kitchen would be coming to 199 E Montgomery Ave in Rockville Town Center– the former location of California Tortilla. The restaurant is now open.
Chef Wang Kitchen is open Sunday-Monday from 11am-9pm, and Friday/Saturday from 11am-10pm. The restaurant offers “Chef Express” rice bowls ranging in price from $8.98 for one entree and a side to $11.98 for three entrees and a side– a highlight referred to as “a very affordable option” by a nearby employee who let us know of the opening. You can also order menu items a la carte, including General Tso chicken, Mongolian beef, and other familiar favorites. The full menu can be seen here.
