Apartment Fire Displaces Eight Residents, Injures One

Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a building fire at 11215 Oakleaf Drive in White Oak on Thursday afternoon.

According to MCFRS spokesperson David Pazos, crews located the fire in a seventh-floor apartment, affecting two units with fire and water damage. One adult male was transported with non-life-threatening injuries, and eight residents were relocated with assistance from management and outside support. Approximately 85 firefighters responded to the scene.
