Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Hailey Marie Welch, a missing 17-year-old.
Welch was last seen on Monday, March 3, 2025, in the 12900 block of Tamarack Road in Colesville. She is 5-feet, 2-inches tall, 65 lbs., with brown eyes, and black and blue hair. She was last seen wearing a white coat, black pants. She is carrying a black backpack.
