Driver “Escapes Death by Inches” After Tree Falls on Car in Potomac

A 27-year-old driver sustained significant injuries after high winds caused a tree to fall on his car Sunday afternoon on River Rd in Potomac.
According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer, the driver self-extricated and administered initial medical care before Montgomery County Fire & Rescue medics arrived to provide advanced treatment.
