Comstock Holding Companies has announced that KPUB, an Irish-Korean fusion restaurant and bar, has signed a lease for 6,600 square feet at BLVD Ansel, located at 33 Monroe Street in Rockville, MD.
KPUB is described as a full-service restaurant and bar that specializes in Korean-inspired cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and a vibrant nightlife atmosphere. The establishment will feature private karaoke rooms, a lively bar scene, and a contemporary decor aimed at enhancing the dining and entertainment experience in the Rockville Town Center neighborhood.
