The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) Special Victims Investigations Division executed a search warrant on Sunday in the 10600 block of Sweepstakes Rd in Damascus as part of an active investigation. No arrests were made, and the investigation is not related to immigration enforcement, according to a police news alert.
Per MCPD, “The MCPD Special Victims Investigations Division executed a search warrant in the 10600 block of Sweepstakes Rd in Damascus. This is an active investigation and no arrests were made. The investigation has no connection to immigration status or enforcement of immigration laws.”
