Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Services (MCFRS) crews are working to assist an injured adult worker at the WSSC Filtration Plant in Potomac.
According to MCFRS spokesperson David Pazos, the worker, who fell into a 6-foot basin, has non-life-threatening injuries, and technical rescue teams are currently assisting with the removal and evaluation for transport. We will provide an update if additional verified information becomes available.
