Montgomery Parks has announced the availability of the GRIT Freedom Chair at Brookside Nature Center. This innovative chair integrates the features of a manual wheelchair and a mountain bike, making it suitable for exploring both natural surface and paved trails.
Visitors interested in using the GRIT chair during Nature Center hours can reserve one by speaking with an attendant at the facility. For use outside of these hours, arrangements can be made by contacting 301-495-2581.
