A suburban office building, at 4110 Aspen Hill Rd. near Georgia Ave. in Aspen Hill, sold for $3.5 million.
Aspen Hill Holdings LLC has acquired the property, led by Vlad Chiscop, acquired the approximately 31,800 SF building for $3.5 million, according to documents filed in the Land Records via Maryland Newsletters. The building was built in 1968 and renovated in 1990.
The three-story structure, known as the Aspen View Center, hosts multiple tenants and a previous LoopNet listing stated it was 50% leased. Maryland Newsletters reported the seller was a partnership headed by Herbert Wolf III. Financing for the purchase was provided by M&T Bank, which offered $2.6 million.
