Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service (MCFRS) responded to an automatic fire alarm at Lotte Plaza Market on Veirs Mill Road around 4:30am on Monday.
According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piring, firefighters arrived to smoke and a small fire with sprinkler activation. The fire was determined to be accidental and is under investigation, with the store temporarily closed due to damage and product exposure.
