Pizza Monkey, a Detroit-style pizza ghost kitchen, has relocated to 330 N Stonestreet Ave in Rockville, operating out of the Corned Beef King location.
Previously based at the Washington Rockville Elks Lodge #15, the restaurant offers Detroit-style pizzas, calzones, and “Crazy Fingers” breadsticks.
Pizza Monkey is available for pickup and delivery Thursday through Saturday from 5:30 PM until the dough runs out. Owner Jason Hubbarth, nicknamed “Monkey Boy” in his youth, has been perfecting Detroit-style pizza for over a decade, drawing inspiration from Buddy’s Pizza, the originator of the style, to share his passion with a wider audience.
