The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD has released additional inform regarding a death investigation in the 8500 block of Connecticut Avenue in Chevy Chase
According MCPD, “On Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at approximately 6:30 p.m., 2nd District officers and Montgomery County Fire and Rescue were dispatched to the location of a check the welfare.
Two adults, one male and one female, were found inside of a residence. Both adults were pronounced dead at the scene.
Both decedents have been transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore, where an autopsy will be conducted to officially determine the cause and manner of death. This is an active and ongoing investigation and there is no threat to the community.”
