Rock Bottom Has Closed Permanently After 29 Years

Rock Bottom, located at 7900 Norfolk Ave. in Bethesda, has closed permanently after 29 years in business.

A sign on the doors reads the following, “Rock Bottom would like to thank this community for the past 29 years. Serving you has been a pleasure. Unfortunately, Rock Bottom is now Permanently Closed.” The restaurant is also listed as permanently closed on Google and the phone is not being answered during regular business hours.

According to Rock Bottom, the first Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery opened in the heart of Downtown Denver in 1991. Just a few years ago, Rock Bottom had 17 locations across the United States with 11 currently listed on its website.
