Federal Realty recently announced today that Miles & Stockbridge committed to 915 Meeting, located in the Pike & Rose neighborhood in North Bethesda, MD. The building is now more than 90 percent leased as Robert Half and First Savings Mortgage relocated in early 2025.
Miles & Stockbridge is an Am Law 200 law firm with more than 200 lawyers and offices in Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia and New York. The law firm is taking 6,879 square feet on the 11th floor and will move in during Q3 2025.
Robert Half, an international human resource consulting firm with more than 345 locations worldwide and residential mortgage provider First Savings Mortgage both moved into the new trophy space early this year.

Designed by Gensler, the building incorporates a vibrant architectural design with numerous amenities, including a rooftop conference center with collaborative common areas, technology forward connectivity, a fitness center, and resource-efficient, sustainable wellness features.
Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH), JOOLA, the leading brand in pickleball and table tennis, along with Sodexo, relocated their headquarters to 915 Meeting. JOOLA will open its first retail store on the building’s street level in 2025. Bouboulina, a full-service Mediterranean-influenced American grill from the co-founders of CAVA, recently opened on the street level.
