The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) has arrested a second suspect in the Montgomery Village homicide case after he voluntarily surrendered and was served with a first-degree murder charge.
Hungerford was taken to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit, where he was served with an arrest warrant, charging him with first-degree murder. A bond hearing is scheduled for Monday, May 5.”
