First Look at 9-Hole Multigolf Course (Now Open)

The 9-hole “Multigolf Course” officially opened in Montgomery Village on May 1 behind the Montgomery Village Foundation building at 10120 Apple Ridge Rd. Our very own “Mr. MoCo” Alex Tsironis stopped by to check it out (photos can be seen below).

Multigolf offers a unique twist on traditional golf, allowing participants to play using a soccer ball or disc instead of conventional clubs and golf balls. Guests can follow a detailed map and tee signs to play from one to all nine holes.

The course will be open during park hours, from sunrise until 30 minutes after sunset. No registration or tee times are required for participation, and visitors are encouraged to bring their own soccer ball or discs to enjoy the activity.

Readers from various social media platforms chimed in:

• We played disc golf there yesterday. It’s a fun course! It’s a nice open course that makes it easy to really let a disc fly without much fear of hitting trees or losing a disc. Not the most challenging course but definitely fun and definitely convenient. I’ll go back for sure.

• Took the kids for disc golf but they preferred the soccer version because it was easier for them. Very fun.
