In December, we let you know that Sixty Vines– the restaurant known for its revolutionary wine on-tap program and vineyard-inspired cuisine, is making its move into Maryland with a Gaithersburg location. The location is now under construction with signage up in the windows (photos below).
Sixty Vines began its search for a general manager earlier this year to lead the upcoming restaurant that’s taking over 212 Ellington Blvd– the former home of Pour House. The general manager position was listed on LinkedIn with the base pay at a range of $75K-$110-K.
Sixty Vines has nearby locations in DC’s Foggy Bottom neighborhood on Washington Circle and in Reston, VA. The restaurant “invites guests to sip and savor 60 different wines on tap selected from wine country regions around the globe.” A representative from the Reston, VA location told us that early plans for the restaurant’s opening were in the late 2025 timeframe.
