The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) is investigating the fatal stabbing of 31-year-old Emmanuel Bisudu Sesay, who died after being found injured on Lockwood Drive in Silver Spring on May 15.
According to MCPD, “On Thursday, May 15, 2025, at approximately 10:28 p.m., 3rd District officers and Montgomery County Fire and Rescue responded to the 11400 block of Lockwood Drive, for a reported stabbing. Upon arrival, officers and Fire Rescue personnel located Sesay, who was transported to an area hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. Sesay, who has no known address, was taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for autopsy.
No suspects have been identified and this is an active and ongoing investigation.
