Montgomery County Police are investigating an armed robbery at an Aldi on Cherry Hill Road in White Oak, where a suspect reportedly stole items and displayed a knife. Surveillance images have been released and a reward of up to $10,000 is offered for information leading to an arrest.
According to MCPD, “On Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at approximately 4:40 p.m., 3rd District officers responded to an armed robbery at the Aldi’s located in the 12000 block of Cherry Hill Road. Detectives have determined that the suspect entered the Aldi, stole items, concealing them in his backpack and then left the store, while displaying a knife.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 20 to 30-years-old, 5-feet, 5-inches tall with a thin build. He was wearing a black t-shirt, black pants and carrying a dark colored backpack with white markings.
