Summer Outdoor Concert Series Returns to Gaithersburg

The City of Gaithersburg announced its popular Summer Outdoor Concert Series returns to the City Hall Concert Pavilion. Free, family-friendly concerts take place in June and July. Bring a blanket or low-back chair for lawn seating.

Children’s Summer Concert Series: Parents and children alike will enjoy a variety of children’s performers on Wednesdays from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m.

  • June 25, 2025 – Munit and Z Lovebugs (Family Songs)
  • July 2, 2025 – Rocknoceros (Tot Rock)
  • July 9, 2025 – The Grandsons, Jr. (Country & Folk)
  • July 16, 2025 – Lilo Gonzalez (International Folk)
  • July 23, 2025 – The Bubbas (Acoustic)
  • July 30, 2025 – Wendy and the Lost Boys (Pop & Rock)

Evenings in Olde Towne: Wind down the workday with great music in a casual, outdoor setting on Thursdays from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Enjoy on-site beer sales from Saints Row Brewing and a rotating food truck featured at each event, or bring local carryout to enjoy during the concert. You can also dine in Olde Towne after the show.

Parking in Olde Towne is free. Limited spaces are available at City Hall and the upper parking lot by Wells/Robertson House. Limited free parking is also available in the Parking Garage located across Summit Ave. at 112 Olde Towne Ave. A list of additional short-term parking locations in Olde Towne can be found here. Concerts are weather-dependent and may be canceled at the last minute due to unfavorable conditions.
