The fourth annual WOODMOORstock, a free, family-friendly porchfest in Silver Spring’s Woodmoor neighborhood, will take place on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 12–6 p.m. The all-volunteer event will feature over 60 local bands across 11 neighborhood stages, along with food trucks and children’s activities.
Per WOODMOORstock: “This family-friendly grassroots event featuring local musicians continues in its fourth year thanks to our talented performers, gracious stage hosts, generous local sponsors, and dedicated organizers. This year’s all-volunteer festival includes over 60 bands, playing on 11 stages, plus food and beverage trucks throughout the neighborhood. In 2023 the Washington Post called WOODMOORstock one of “10 D.C. music festivals you can’t miss in June.”
Many fan favorite WOODMOORstock performers are set to return this year, with several new musical acts making their Woodmoor debut. (full list below) Rotary Club of Downtown Silver Spring will be returning with a children’s book drive.
Printed maps and lineups, along with merchandise for purchase, will be available on the day of the event. Street closures and safety will be monitored by MCPD at the all-ages music festival.
