An update indicates that northbound I‑270 after Watkins Mill Road has two right lanes blocked due to the incident. According to MCFRS, the collision involved three vehicles. The MCFRS_EMIHS unit is evaluating two injured patients at the scene. Additional units identified as @mcfrs M729, A734, and PE708 are on scene.
