The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) responded to a shooting on Thursday, June 19, 2025, in the area of Hunters Gate Court in Silver Spring.
According to MCPD, “At approximately 1:11 p.m., Montgomery County Police responded to the area of Hunters Gate Court for the report of a shooting.
An adult male victim has been transported to an area hospital with serious injuries. One suspect is in custody, and no additional suspects are outstanding. This is believed to be an isolated incident and is an active and ongoing investigation.”
