Downtown Silver Spring

Long-Awaited Commas Food Hall is in a “Super Soft” Opening Phase

Commas Food Hall, a new 13,000-square-foot venue located on the third level of Ellsworth Place (8661 Colesville Rd) in Downtown Silver Spring, is currently in a “super soft” opening phase. The food hall has already begun serving the community with three food stalls and the C3 bar now open (video below).

Over the coming weeks, additional stalls will gradually open as Commas Food Hall works towards a full launch later this summer. Visitors can currently enjoy offerings from J&J Mex Taqueria, Tato’s, Momo’s Hub, and the C3 bar, which serves local beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. While set hours are not yet available, customers are encouraged to drop by and explore the available options.

Our very own “Mr. MoCo” visited the food hall this afternoon and created the video below, showcasing some of the dining options currently on offer. In the coming weeks, the existing stalls will be joined by Claude Have Mercy, Tokoa Cheesesteaks, MV Asian Kitchen, 6 Skewers, The Champs Kitchen, and two additional stalls yet to be announced.
