The City of Rockville Recreation and Sports department has announced that the outdoor recreation pool construction has been completed and the newly renovated outdoor recreation pools open on Monday, June 30th.
The Rockville Swim and Fitness Center, located at 355 Martins Lane, closed on August 16th to undergo a significant renovation and reconfiguration of its outdoor recreation pool. The renovation was aimed at enhancing accessibility, modernizing amenities, and upgrading infrastructure to introduce new recreational features for swimmers of all ages and abilities.
Per the department, ”Summer I Schedule will go into effect on June 30! Swimmers using the newly renovated outdoor facility should enter through the outdoor entrance.
