Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Natsumi Rao, a missing 17-year-old.
Rao was last seen on Sunday, July 13, 2025, near the 3300 block of Clay Street in Silver Spring. She is 5-feet tall, thin build, with brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a white crop top shirt and light blue jean shorts
