Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Paris Hernandez Cruz, a missing 17-year-old.
Cruz was last seen on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at approximately 8 p.m., in the 13000 block of Dairymaid Dr. in Germantown. He is 5-feet, 10-inches tall, 176lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, light blue jeans, and a black backpack.
