Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Carmen Webb, a missing 15-year-old.
Webb was last seen on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, around 12:48 p.m., in the 11300 block of Falls Road in Potomac. She is 5-feet, 4-inches tall, 120 lbs, with brown hair, blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a red hoodie, gray sweatpants and white Crocs
