Kalyan Hospitality, a Virginia-based hotel ownership and management group, has announced the acquisition of the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Gaithersburg– located at 9715 Washingtonian Blvd in Gaithersburg. Maryland Newsletters reports the sale was for $6.5 million.
Kalyan writes that the newly acquired 162-room property is located “near major employers, high-tech corridors, and popular destinations such as RIO Lakefront, Downtown Crown Shopping Center, and Washington, D.C. This all-suite hotel offers guests a perfect blend of comfort and functionality with spacious accommodations, complimentary breakfast, a 24-hour fitness center, and modern meeting space.”
