Spirit Halloween will open a location this year at 1683 Rockville Pike in Congressional Plaza, according to the company’s website.
In addition, “Opening Soon” signage went up last month at the former Party City location at Westfield Wheaton (11160 Veirs Mill Rd), and the brand is also expected to return to Rio Lakefront in Gaithersburg (30 Grand Corner Ave) this season.
Spirit Halloween stores typically open in late August or early September, offering a wide selection of costumes, decorations, animatronics, makeup, and accessories. Each year, the company operates more than 1,400 temporary stores across North America, while its website remains open year-round with the full product lineup available online.
