Cinnabon Celebrates 40th Anniversary with 1985 Prices

Cinnabon is celebrating its 40th anniversary by offering its Classic Cinnamon Roll for $1.25, the same price as when the bakery first opened in 1985. The throwback pricing will be available to Cinnabon Rewards members on Friday, August 22, 2025, from 12 to 4 p.m. at participating locations nationwide.

The promotion is part of a larger celebration marking four decades since the brand began in Seattle, recognizing the enduring popularity of its signature cinnamon rolls. Cinnabon has since grown to more than 2,100 locations in 48 states and 65 countries and territories, serving customers in malls, airports, travel centers, and other high-traffic venues. Locally, Cinnabon has Montgomery County locations at Gaithersburg’s Rio Lakefront, Westfield Montgomery, and Westfield Wheaton. The company says the anniversary offer is a way to thank loyal fans while giving newer customers a taste of its history at the original price.
