According to the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD), a serious pedestrian collision has closed northbound Veirs Mill Road at Atlantic Avenue in Rockville around 2:26 p.m. on Wednesday, August 20.
Drivers are advised to expect significant delays and seek alternate routes.
