Rockville’s King Farm neighborhood is seeing some revitalization with new tenants signing on to join mainstays like Safeway, Nagoya Sushi, Fontina Grille, and Botanero. Below you’ll see a list of recently opened and coming soon tenants to the shopping center:
Aether Aesthetics is opening at 800 Pleasant Dr. #100 in Rockville’s King Farm, in a space that was previously slated for Aloha Poke Co., which put up signage in April 2024 but never began construction. According to its Facebook page, Aether Aesthetics describes itself as a “modern luxury MedSpa dedicated to enhancing health, wellness, and beauty,” and is woman-owned and directed by a licensed nurse practitioner.
Enclave Coworking is coming to 801 Pleasant Dr., located between Coffee Republic and Fontina Grille. Founded in 2020, Enclave provides membership-based coworking spaces, private offices, and business lounges, with amenities such as 24/7 access, high-speed internet, conference rooms, printing services, and a coffee and snack bar. The company also hosts networking and social events and currently operates other Montgomery County locations in Bethesda and Gaithersburg.
Fruit N Boba Tea opened at 302 King Farm Blvd. Ste. 130. in April, located next to Montgomery County’s last remaining Baja Fresh. Fruit N Boba Tea specializes in making fruit tea with fresh fruit, bubble tea with imported ingredients from Taiwan, smoothies made with fresh fruit and all natural sweeteners, as well as non-dairy frozen yogurt.
Don Chicken, a Korean fried chicken restaurant, has opened its first Montgomery County location at 404 King Farm Blvd, Ste. 7130, taking over the space previously occupied by Mahshad Modern Persian Kitchen. The menu features a variety of fried chicken flavors, including soy garlic, hot spicy, snowy cheese, and green onion, along with additional items like fried oysters, chicken katsu, and vegetable tempura.
Stretch Med is opening soon at 801 Pleasant Dr., Suite 140. The business offers 1-on-1 assisted stretching sessions designed to decrease muscle and joint pain, improve posture, correct imbalances, and help prevent injuries. According to the company, its STRETCHMED® 36 stretch routine provides a comprehensive approach to flexibility and mobility.
