Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded around 4:03 p.m. on Saturday to a townhouse fire in the 1500 block of Templeton Place in Rockville.
According to MCFRS spokesperson David Pazos, the fire on the top floor of the three-story home was extinguished and all occupants escaped safely. One adult and two children have been displaced and are being assisted by the Red Cros. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
