Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) and U.S. Park Rangers responded Sunday to Great Falls Park at the end of Ford Mine Trail for an injured adult female hiker who suffered a non-life-threatening head injury after a fall.
According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer, crews evaluated and treated the patient on scene before carrying her to a UTV, which transported her back to the park entrance for further medical evaluation.
