Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) 6th District and Gaithersburg City Police officers responded early Monday to a stabbing on East Diamond Avenue, where one man was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries and the other party was taken into custody.
MCPD issued the following incident alert at 2:35am: “Gaithersburg City and 6D officers dispatched at 1:55 a.m. to the 100 block of East Diamond Ave for the report of a stabbing. One adult male was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Other party is in police custody. Scene is secure.”
