Ba Le, an upcoming Vietnamese eatery, has set an official opening date for its new Rockville location. The restaurant will open its doors on Thursday, September 25, at 765 Rockville Pike, Suite F-G, in the Ritchie Center.
The new space was formerly home to Oc & Crab Seafood Restaurant and Live Crawfish & Seafood. Ba Le will bring a fresh concept centered on classic Vietnamese flavors, offering a wide range of bánh mì varieties, noodle salads, rice plates, soups, and vegan options.
Highlights from the menu include the Special Bánh Mì (a traditional Saigon-style combination with pâté, ham, headcheese, and pork roll), BBQ Pork, Roasted Pork Belly, and Vietnamese Chicken. Seafood lovers can look forward to options like Shrimp Bánh Mì and Basa Fish Fillet, while vegetarians will find selections such as Spicy Vegan Lemongrass Beef and Shroom & Tofu Noodle Soup.
In addition to savory dishes, Ba Le offers a lineup of colorful specialty vegan desserts such as Buddha Love, White Diamond, and Sea Pearl, featuring ingredients like lotus seeds, lychee, jackfruit, and coconut milk. Guests can also enjoy Vietnamese iced coffee, Thai iced tea, and other refreshing drinks.
With its diverse menu and affordable prices, Ba Le is set to become a new go-to destination in Rockville for both quick bites and full meals. It will be open seven days a week from 8am until 8pm.
