The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) recovered a stolen vehicle and took two suspects into custody Friday evening in Silver Spring.
According to MCPD, “At 5:56 p.m., an officer located a stolen vehicle near Georgia Avenue and 16th St. The vehicle came to a stop in the 800 block of University Blvd. East. Two suspects are in custody. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.”
