FALLFest Takes Place at Congressional Plaza Saturday, Oct. 11

Congressional Plaza in Rockville will host its first-ever FALLFest on Saturday, October 11, bringing a full day of fitness, family fun, and seasonal celebrations to the community. The event runs from 9am to 2pm in conjunction with FITRow’s outdoor fitness classes in the plaza’s parking lot and will feature activities for all ages, free to attend and open to the public.

Throughout the day, premier fitness studios including CorePower, Pure Barre, and Orange Theory will offer complimentary classes, while unique sessions such as Puppy Yoga and a kids’ workout with Ace Clark will add to the lineup. A live DJ will keep the energy high during the FITRow Class Series, and visitors can also explore pop-ups from Georgetown Hill Early School and Steathouz.

Families will find plenty of fall-inspired fun at FALLFest as well. Fresh Market will host a pumpkin decorating station near Starbucks beginning at 9 a.m., while Barnes & Noble will welcome little ones for a Paw Patrol reading circle at noon and again at 2 p.m., complete with a meet-and-greet opportunity with Chase, the beloved German Shepherd pup.

The full schedule includes fitness sessions running throughout the morning and early afternoon: CorePower kicks things off at 9 a.m., followed by Pure Barre at 10 a.m., Puppy Yoga at 11 a.m., Orange Theory at 12:30 p.m., and a kids’ workout at 1:30 p.m. RSVPs are encouraged, but spots will be first-come, first-served, with check-in required 15 minutes before each class.

Adding to the excitement, local lifestyle brand SONDER/SWAY will be giving away a $100 gift card redeemable at any Congressional Plaza shop. To be eligible, attendees must RSVP and check in with their studio for a class on the day of the event. A winner will be chosen at random and notified via email.

FALLFest is designed to bring the community together with fitness, crafts, music, and seasonal fun… all in one place. For more details and RSVP information, visit the Eventbrite page.
