Insomnia Cookies will be opening a new location on Fenton Street in Silver Spring. The chain is best known for delivering warm cookies, often until 3 a.m. or later.
The menu features a rotating selection of cookies and desserts, including Chocolate Chunk, Classic with M&M’s, Double Chocolate Chunk, Oatmeal Raisin, Snickerdoodle, Peanut Butter Chip, Sugar, White Chocolate Macadamia, Deluxe S’mores, Deluxe Triple Chocolate, Deluxe Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup, Deluxe Confetti, brownies, ice cream, cookie cakes, and seasonal flavors.
Founded in 2003 by Seth Berkowitz in a University of Pennsylvania dorm room, Insomnia Cookies has expanded to more than 200 stores nationwide, along with food trucks, nationwide shipping, and a flagship CookieLab in Philadelphia.
The location is currently hiring. According to the listing, “Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest growing, late-night, sweet indulgence companies in the country, and at the present time, we are actively interviewing Shift Leaders for our brand new Silver Spring, MD location! This new store opening will be located on Fenton St.!”
