The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in a residential burglary in Silver Spring.
The incident occurred around 2:54 a.m. on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, in the 8000 block of Woodbury Drive. According to investigators, the suspect walked up the driveway of a home, entered a shed in the backyard, and stole an orange Rigid electric weed whacker. The suspect is described as a Black male wearing a blue vest and dark-colored pants.
