Laytonsville’s Katie Killacky, who we first featured in 2022 for her work as an actress and longtime acting coach, is seeing her daughters make waves of their own in Hollywood. Killacky, the founder of Capital Coaching Studio, has taught acting from her home in Montgomery County for nearly a decade. Now, her daughters Maggie and Annabelle are building impressive résumés with appearances across some of television and film’s biggest projects.
Maggie recently guest-starred on NBC’s Law & Order: Organized Crime, which can be streamed on Peacock and aired Thursday night 10 pm on NBC. She is also set to appear in two upcoming feature films: The Breadwinner, starring Nate Bargatze and Colin Jost, and Huntington, featuring Glen Powell and Margaret Qualley.
Annabelle’s career is equally busy. She will guest star in four episodes of The Pitt on HBO beginning this January, and viewers may already recognize her from Season 4 of FX’s award-winning series The Bear, where she recurs as Eva, Richie’s daughter.
Together, Maggie and Annabelle will appear in recurring roles on Mayor of Kingstown, which returns October 26 on Paramount Plus. Both sisters are also part of the cast of Long Bright River, coming to FX and Hulu.
From Montgomery County to the national stage, the family is continuing to make its mark in the acting world, with Katie’s coaching and now her daughters’ fast-growing careers.
